What to bring to your first appointment
We want to make your Spencer Dentistry onboarding as streamlined as possible. So we ask all new patients bring the following information to their initial consultation: current x-rays (if available), a current list of prescription and non-prescription medications, and, if you have dental insurance coverage, the policy numbers for it.
